We’ll delve into France’s rich history with a visit to the magnificent Palace of Versailles (admission not included), famous for its stunning gardens. Upon our return to Paris, we’ll visit Montmartre, the charming bohemian neighborhood known for its artists and painters. To fully appreciate the grandeur of Paris, we’ll embark on a panoramic city tour with a local guide, taking in its main streets and historic landmarks. Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel. For those interested, there is an optional evening show.

We’ll start our day in central Paris with a visit to the famous Eiffel Tower. You’ll have the opportunity to go up to the second level of this iconic iron landmark (tickets included). Afterward, we’ll enjoy a leisurely river cruise along the Seine, lasting about an hour and a quarter. You’ll have free time in the afternoon to explore the city (transportation to the hotel is not included). Note: If wait times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we may reschedule the visit for another time (or for Sunday) depending on the situation.

- Today we’ll set off on a journey to the heart of France, passing through the Burgundy region, famous for its picturesque vineyards and world-renowned wines. Our first stop will be Beaune, a charming town in the heart of Burgundy, known for its flower-lined streets, historic hospice, and wine museum. After some free time for lunch and exploring, we’ll continue our journey to Lyon, the former Roman capital of Gaul, situated on the banks of the Rhône River. Lyon’s historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll take the cable car up to the Notre-Dame de Fourvière Basilica, where we can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. You’ll have some free time to explore the city at your leisure. Note: In some cases, part of the group will stay in Chambéry, a city near Lyon. In this case, we will head to Chambéry in the evening for the night. In the morning, you will have time to visit this medieval-style city, the capital of Savoy, which is famous for its beautiful historic center and imposing castle.

Lyon – Geneva – Zurich (Wednesday)

Today, we’ll travel to Switzerland. Upon arriving in Geneva, we’ll pass by the Palais des Nations (the European headquarters of the United Nations) and explore the beautiful English Garden with its floral clock, and enjoy watching the Jet d’Eau, the tallest fountain in Europe. After lunch, we’ll continue our journey through Switzerland, driving along scenic routes on the shores of Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel. We’ll drive through the Three Lakes Region, enjoying the stunning views of vineyards set against a backdrop of mountains. We’ll stop in Neuchâtel, where you can enjoy a stroll along the lakefront, explore the historic city center, or visit the beautiful 10th-century castle. Our journey will end in Zurich, where we’ll arrive in the late afternoon. Note: Depending on the number of passengers traveling from Geneva to Zurich, this portion of the trip may be by train, in which case there will be no stop in Neuchâtel.

Accompanied by our tour guide, we’ll explore Zurich, Switzerland’s most populous city and its financial and cultural hub. Zurich is famous for its banks and has been named the world’s best city for quality of life twice. Afterward, we’ll embark on a scenic cruise of about two hours on Lake Zurich, with short stops to enjoy the charming villages along the way. We’ll disembark in Rapperswil, a picturesque village famous for its medieval castle. We’ll return to Zurich by train, giving us the chance to experience the efficiency and precision of the Swiss railway system. Note: Public transportation to and from the city center may be provided, depending on the number of travelers.

Today’s trip features breathtaking scenery, including towering mountains and crystal-clear lakes. We’ll enjoy the stunning scenery of the Interlaken region. Our first stop will be Grindelwald, where we’ll have coffee before taking the cable car to the mountaintop. There, we’ll walk along a winding path leading to a suspension bridge. For adventure seekers, crossing the bridge offers spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers. We’ll have lunch on the mountain (included in the price) before heading back down. Our next destination is Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most beautiful cities, where you’ll have the chance to explore the city and enjoy its charm. Then we’ll return to Zurich. Note: The guide will offer an optional full-day excursion, starting in the morning. After some free time in Lucerne, we’ll take the rotating cable car to the summit of Mount Titlis. At an altitude of over 3,000 meters above sea level, the mountain summit offers breathtaking views of the glacier and the Alps.

We’ll leave Zurich at dawn, crossing the Alps to reach the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Our first stop will be Bellinzona, famous for its three medieval castles, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Perched on the hills overlooking the city, these castles highlight Bellinzona’s historical significance as a major mountain stronghold. Enjoy some free time to wander the streets of the charming city center. Afterward, we’ll enter Italy and stop in the charming city of Como for lunch. Considered the jewel of Lombardy, this city is famous for its beautiful lakeside gardens and magnificent cathedral. We’ll continue our journey to Milan, where our tour guide will take us to the majestic Duomo Square. You’ll have some time to explore before we transfer you to the hotel.

Today, we’ll continue our journey to Pisa. We’ll take a small tourist train to the Piazza dei Miracoli, where you’ll have the chance to enjoy one of Italy’s most beautiful and enchanting artistic complexes, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Afterward, we’ll head to Rome, arriving later in the day.

In the morning, we’ll set out on a three-hour guided tour of the Eternal City, combining a walking tour of Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus tour, to explore one of the oldest and most important cities of Western civilization. During the tour, we will see the most notable historical landmarks, including the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Pyramid of Caius Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo. The tour will end in Vatican City around 11:00 a.m. Afterward, our guide will offer an optional visit to explore the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. At the end of the day, we will provide transportation to the famous Trastevere neighborhood, known for its restaurants and lively atmosphere. We will return to the hotel around 8:30 p.m.
