Welcome to your trip with Eurobamono. You will be met and transferred to the hotel, where you will have some free time to rest. In the afternoon, you will find all the information regarding the start of the tour program displayed on the information boards in the hotel lobby.

In the morning, we’ll enjoy a panoramic tour of the city, exploring its wide, majestic streets, grand palaces, and elegant gardens, as well as its charming historic center. As evening falls, transportation will be provided to the town hall square, where you can enjoy the beautiful lighting and the lively evening atmosphere in the surrounding streets.

Wednesday – Vienna – Dornstein – Melk – Linz

Today we’ll tour the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, continuing our journey along the Danube River. Our first stop will be Krems, a charming town situated on the banks of the Danube and famous for its medieval old town. Next, via a small road running parallel to the Danube, we’ll head to Dürnstein, a picturesque medieval village on the riverbank, surrounded by vineyards and green hills, and famous for the castle ruins where King Richard the Lionheart was once imprisoned. We will then continue our journey through the Danube Valley to Melk, where you will have free time for lunch before visiting the majestic Benedictine Abbey of Melk. The program includes admission to Melk Abbey, a Baroque masterpiece featuring an exceptional library, the famous Marble Hall, and beautiful gardens. We’ll then continue our route with a short stop in St. Florian to admire the exterior of its magnificent monastery. We’ll arrive in Linz in the mid-afternoon; it’s Austria’s third-largest city, situated on the banks of the Danube. We recommend strolling through the historic center and visiting the lively Hauptplatz.

Today will be “Lake Day,” filled with breathtaking scenery and charming little towns. We’ll head to Gmunden, located on the shores of Lake Traunsee, surrounded by mountains and dotted with elegant 19th-century villas. Here we’ll enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Traunsee (approx. 1 hour). We’ll disembark in Ebensee and continue on to St. Wolfgang, one of Austria’s most beautiful villages, situated on the shores of Lake Wolfgangsee and also a popular pilgrimage destination. Its narrow streets, Alpine facades, and charming cafés invite you to explore them at a leisurely pace. There will be free time for lunch and a stroll. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to Salzburg, where we’ll arrive around 4:00 p.m. The afternoon is free in this UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is characterized by its perfectly preserved Baroque old town, medieval squares, Renaissance churches, and imposing castle; it is also the birthplace of the composer Mozart.

Friday - Salzburg – Salzwelten (Salt Mines) – Zell am See – Krimml Waterfalls – Innsbruck

Today will be “Mountain Views Day.” We’ll head to the Salzwelten mines, Austria’s largest salt mines, where we’ll take a tour that includes an underground train ride and a boat trip on the salt lake. Afterward, passing through the mountains, we’ll head to Zell am See, a charming town situated on the shores of a lake surrounded by Alpine peaks, featuring a historic center and a medieval tower. There will be free time for a stroll and lunch. We’ll then continue to the Krimml Waterfalls (entrance ticket included), located in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park; with a total height of 380 meters across three tiers, they are the highest in Austria and among the most impressive waterfalls in Europe. We conclude the day by arriving in Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, a city surrounded by mountains, featuring a delightful pedestrian shopping district highlighted by the famous Golden Roof.

Today we’ll explore some places near the capital of Tyrol. Our first stop will be in Swarovski, where we’ll enjoy a tour of the stunning Crystal Museum (admission included), which features immersive rooms, contemporary art, and an iconic giant crystal-covered head. Next, we head up into the mountains and stop in Seefeld, a popular ski resort featuring a charming and picturesque pedestrian center. Crossing the border into Bavaria, Germany, we arrive in Mittenwald, a charming town famous for its houses adorned with traditional murals and its long heritage in violin-making. There will be free time for a stroll and lunch. Finally, we return to Innsbruck; arrival in the early afternoon with free time to enjoy the city

Sunday - Innsbruck – Vienna
Sunday - Innsbruck – Vienna
Transfer to the station to board the train to Vienna. Arrival in Vienna is expected around 1:45 p.m. Note: The train journey will be unaccompanied by Europamundo; tickets will be provided, and the program includes transportation to the station in Innsbruck. In some cases, depending on the number of travelers, the trip to Vienna may be made by bus with our tour guide.
