Cancellation policy: The program and the entire trip are non-refundable. Meal times: Breakfast is served as a hotel buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Check-in and check-out: Rooms are available for check-in after 2:00–3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon. Hotel facilities and maintenance: If you wish to use hotel facilities such as the swimming pool or restaurant, or if you encounter any room issues, please contact the hotel reception directly. Late check-out: In case of late departure, the client is fully responsible for any additional charges or penalties imposed by the hotel.
Nature of tours: All tours and activities listed in the itinerary are provided as examples and are not limited to them. Route flexibility: If any sightseeing destination is unavailable due to circumstances beyond control (such as maintenance works or official holidays), the private driver will take you to a suitable alternative tour. Special requests: Any personal or external requests during transportation can be coordinated directly with the driver for execution.
